While it didn't single-handedly get me through my college degrees, it helped me get better grades with less effort. I've used the Pomodoro Technique (or variations on it that we'll look at later) for more than a decade. After that, you take a 15- to 30-minute break, depending on how you feel. Here's what you do: You set a timer for 25 minutes, work until it's up, then take a 5-minute break-and repeat the whole process three more times. Use them instead of those hotel alarm clocks and now at home too. Much better than the hotel clocks…I rarely know how to use them and I just make sure the alarms are off as sometimes they are set to go off at 4am and you got to the hotel late! Anyhow the alarms included were a bonus that I wasn’t expecting when I bought the premium version for all my devices.
